Tree Planting in Dolton Park District

Please join the Student Conservation Association (SCA) and the Dolton Park District in planting 64 native trees on Friday, May 24th! Planting will take place in the park south of the Dolton Park District Building at 721 Engle St, Dolton!

WHEN: Friday, May 24th, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Registration beginning at 8:30 a.m., kick-off at 9:00 a.m.

WHERE: Park in the lot north of the Dolton Park District Building. Look for the Student Conservation Association work truck and trailer as well as the blue pop up tent!

WHAT: Volunteers will plant, mulch, and water native trees.

BRING WITH YOU: Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes and bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.

PROVIDED: All project supplies (tools, gloves, etc.) are provided. Drinking water will be available throughout the event.
