Free Community Covid-19 Vac Clinic

• Anyone over 12, including parents and other family members, can get vaccinated.
• This vaccination event will administer Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, and Moderna, vaccines.
• For 12-17 year-olds, a parent or legal guardian MUST be on site to consent for you to be vaccinated.
