Rentals

Effective November 2, 2021 the following fees have been Board approved.  

Rentals can be made at the Administration Department during regular office hours. Availability is contingent upon scheduled class and events. Alcohol is not permitted in any of our facilities or parks. For hourly facilities, there is a minimum of 2 hours. For Repass hourly rates are available (4 hour minimum) with a security deposit. All indoor rentals are at the Main Park 721 Engle Street, Dolton, IL 60419 and are handicap accessible.

Fees

All rental fees are due at time of room booking, plus a refundable deposit. Fee includes set up of tables, chairs, and garbage cans. When booking your room, remember to include extra time for your own set up and clean up.

Please Note: The rental fee and deposit must be paid at the time of registration. No reservations will be accepted without full payment and applicable form. You must include set up and clean up in your rental time. The responsible party making the reservation MUST be present at the rental.

Security Deposits for all areas are required to cover any additional cleaning and damages to areas. This is refundable to the renter. An area inspection should be completed upon check in and out between the Facility Coordinator, Host, or Supervisor employee and the renter. Refunds will be based upon this checklist and any supporting documentation when needed.

All rentals must pay in full security deposit and rental fee if the rental date is within 30 days. All security deposits must be paid in order to hold the rental area.

All cancelations must be charged an additional $25 to be deducted from the refund prior to releasing any funds. Additional information regarding cancellation fee schedules are forthcoming.

COVID-19 guidelines will be put in place. It is mandatory that all patrons wear a mask upon entering the building.

Rental deposit refund policy:

Security deposit will be available approximately 2 weeks after rental in the form of a check for pick up. Call (708) 841-2111 for more information on rentals.

Parks

Additional fee of $100.00 and Board approval is required for all picnics with over 200 people. Grove rentals with groups of 25 or less available free of charge (permit for picnic, facilities and deposit of $150.00 is required). Services such as set-up and electricity will not be provided. Parks outside of the Main Park require 2 portable toilets at $75.00 each, 1 optional handwasher at $100.00 each, and 8 picnic tables supplied by the Dolton Park District.
