Rentals

Rentals can be made at the Administration Department during regular office hours. Availability is contingent upon scheduled class and events. Alcohol is not permitted in any of our facilities or parks. For Hourly facilities, there is a minimum of 2 hours. All indoor rentals are at the Main Park 721 Engle Street, Dolton, IL 60419 and are handicap accessible.

Fees

All rental fees are due at time of room booking, plus a $100 refundable deposit. Fee includes set up of tables, chairs, and garbage cans. When booking your room, remember to include extra time for your own set up and clean up.

Please Note: The rental fee and deposit must be paid at the time of registration. No reservations will be accepted without full payment and applicable form. You must include set up and clean up in your rental time. The responsible party making the reservation MUST be present at the rental. Rental deposit refund policy: Security deposit is in a form of a check must be picked up within 2 weeks after rental. If deposit is not picked up within 2 weeks, a check will be mailed to the renter’s address. Call (708) 841-2111 for more information on rentals.

All Rentals require picture I.D. as proof of residency.

Parks

Additional fee of $100.00 is required for all picnics with over 200 people. Grove rentals with groups of 25 or less available free of charge (permit for picnic, facilities and deposit of $100.00 is required). Services such as set-up and electricity will not be provided. Portable Toilets are available for $50 per unit. Each rental offsite of our Main Park requires the renter to have at least two.
